Merchants Bar & Restaurant
Located at 62 Castle St, Merchants Bar & Restaurant is a stunning restaurant, bar and cocktail lounge. Housed within a grade 1 listed building, care has been taken to ensure the interior is both striking and modern but also complements the original features of this fantastic building.
Open Monday to Saturday for breakfast, lunch and dinner or a private party, Merchants Bar & Restaurant is the perfect venue for any occasion where great food and drinks are guaranteed, along with relaxed, informal service.
Private Dining
The Merchants Table is our stunning Private Dining Room located at the back of the mezzanine level. Seating up to 20 guests it is the perfect setting for a business brunch, lunch or dinner or celebration event.
If additional space is required the adjoining mezzanine area can be hired, accommodating up to 60 guests for a sit down dinner or up to 80 for a canapé/drinks party.

Classic Cocktails
At Merchants were famous for our cocktails from the classic champers to a trendy Cosmo. We offer weekly specials and cocktail hour Monday – Friday with cocktails from just £3.50.
